It’s time once again for our Treasure Valley Third Party Payer Forum which is scheduled to take place on Friday, November 13th, 2015 from 8:00am – Noon at the Silverstone Amenity Center in Meridian, Idaho. The purpose of this program is to allow some of the area’s key insurance payers an opportunity to present a current update of product and reimbursement information for their company. Additionally, this program allows participants to present questions regarding specific areas of interest or concern. Questions will be addressed in two fashions. First, general questions submitted in advance of the program and that are relevant to a majority of the participants will be asked following the payers’ presentations. Second, following the general presentations, the program allows for each payer representative to be stationed at a booth for approximately one hour to allow participants with specific questions or concerns related only to their general practice to present their information in a one-on-one setting.
General session questions are gathered in advance of the program through the program registration in order to allow each payer an opportunity to research their responses if necessary. Additionally, general session questions are kept to topics that are relevant to the majority of program participants. If a participant submits a question specific to their practice issues, it will be forwarded to the payer to be addressed at the booth in a one-on-one fashion. This will allow the overall program information to be relevant to everyone and protect potential confidential information from being discussed. In addition to the advance questions, there will be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions related to the information presented by each payer immediately following their presentation.
Payer presentations should be limited to 15-20 minutes. Each payer will be placed at a private table to be available should questions arise throughout the morning. There will be a projector, screen and laptop available. Please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a thumb drive or email it to us in advance. Each payer will need to bring any handouts they would like to distribute.
There will be a registration fee of $200 for any payer group to participate in this program, which allows up to four representatives from your organization to attend. Wi-Fi internet connectivity will be available. Any additional tables other than what we provide will be @ cost of $20.
