Andy has been instrumental in forging AmeriBen/IEC Group into one of the most widely respected management consulting and group insurance third party administration firms in the nation.  As a principal of the AmeriBen/IEC Group, Andy has over 30 years of experience as a business executive and consultant. He possesses a clear understanding of the implications of effective human resources management and its impact on an organization’s bottom line.


Andy received his Bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Mutual of Enumclaw, the Nationwide Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters based in Dallas, board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho and the Ore-Ida Council of the Boy Scouts of America in Boise, and the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators in Washington D.C.
