"Managing an Intergenerational Workforce:

Strategies to Leverage Generational Differences.”"

In the modern workplace, it is common to find up to five generations under one roof making an impact on productivity, culture, and the basic efficacy of teamwork. As a result, many managers and leaders are seeking guidance and asking themselves how they can relate to their employees from various generations, and foster their unique skillset that they may bring to the table.
Join us for the sharing of education, strategies, and experiences among colleagues as we cover one of the hottest questions across multiple industries today - how do we effectively manage and connect with multiple generations in the workplace?
