"Leadership and Teamwork: A Combination for Success"

Leadership and teamwork- whether it be a team of 5 people or 50 plus, the common denominator in a great team will always be a great team leader. Leaders are not those that stand in the front giving orders and direction without action themselves. Great leaders are those that give direction and work alongside their team, always being willing to do what it takes to help everyone achieve success.

Please join us for an exciting luncheon as we get the chance to hear from a member of our U.S. Military who truly embodies leadership and teamwork. From day one the military begins instilling teamwork amongst its members. With Colonel Smith’s 20 plus years in the military, he not only has learned what it takes to be a teammate, but has exemplified what it takes to be an excellent leader as well. His insights into this topic will be incredibly valuable and will make for an exciting hour of learning.
