"How Fisher's Identifies and Hires Amazing People"

Chris Taylor, Fisher's Technology’s CEO and President, explains the hiring process he cultivated at Fisher's that has more than quadrupled the size of the 83-year-old company that has been recognized the past 3-years as an Idaho Private 100 company and the last 11 years straight as an Idaho Best Places to Work company. In recent presentations given by Chris Taylor on his successful hiring process, attendees have made these remarks:

“The interview techniques discussed were outside of anything I have heard of in 20 years of hiring and management. I was impressed.”

"Fisher's interview process was very enlightening. Though we have a structured process in place, I will be expanding it. It is difficult not to make compromises in recruiting and hiring, but this seminar gave me a boost to focus on the results we demand.”

Please join us for an hour of discussion on hiring for success, recruiting, and results oriented goal setting in the workplace.
