FAMILY WAGON RIDE: Saturday, August 4, 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Registration deadline is July 7th for planning purposes. Join us in front of the Sun Valley Inn where you will be loaded onto one of five available wagons. You and your family will enjoy a one-hour roundtrip ride to trail creek. Afterwords, join us at the dollar mountain bus loop lawn for an ice-cream treat. Register early – Space is limited.
PRESIDENT’S DINNER & SOCIAL: Saturday, August 4, 6:00 pm. This event provides an opportunity to say thank you to our IMA President, Paul Brooke, MD, for representing you throughout the year. This evening will be at Sun Valley Inn and will begin with a reception followed by dinner and live music. Western style business casual attire recommended. Ticketed event with advanced registration required.
KIDS’ PIZZA PARTY (kids ages 3-14 welcome): Saturday, August 4, 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. This supervised event is available only to children whose parents attend the President’s social and dinner. Ticketed event with advanced registration required.
EXHIBITS: Our technical and scientific exhibits will be open on Friday (7:00 am to 7:00 pm) & Saturday (6:45 am to 10:15 am). Please make time to visit with the exhibitors who support Idaho physicians and this meeting. This year’s exhibit theme is “Western.”

WHAT TO WEAR: Casual attire is acceptable throughout the conference; however, the President’s Social and Dinner is business casual. Typical summer weather consists of warm days and evenings. The meeting rooms are air-conditioned and can be chilly at times so you may want to have a sweater or jacket on hand.
