Rachel Pugmire, FACMPE, MHS,RT(R), CNMT, NCT
President

Rachel Pugmire works as Practice Manager of the Saint Luke’s Idaho Cardiology Associates Nuclear Medicine Departments and St. Luke’s Anticoagulation Clinics (cardiology/pharmacy ran clinics) since April 2013. Rachel began her career with St Luke’s in 2002 and joined the Idaho Cardiology team in May 2006.

Rachel obtained her Masters of Health Science Leadership degree in May 2014. She additionally holds Bachelor’s degrees in Radiology from Boise State University and Nuclear Medicine from Weber State University. Rachel also served as the hospitality chair of Idaho MGMA’s conference committee in 2013, and the Idaho MGMA Conference Director in 2016.

Greg S. Feltenberger, PhD, MBA, FACMPE, FACHE

Greg Feltenberger is the Chief Executive Officer of Idaho Urologic Institute, a Meridian-based independent medical group comprised of three facilities which include a specialty care clinic and an ambulatory surgery center. He recently retired from the US Air Force after 21 years as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Medical Service Corps. Greg earned his undergraduate degree (Summa Cum Laude) with a specialty in Biomedical Equipment Technology in 1996 and then went on to pursue an MBA from Kent State University in 2000. Most recently, he received his doctorate in Health Service Research from Old Dominion University in 2012. His management style is founded on a passion for communication, collaboration, innovation, and change management.

Nicole Brown, MBA, CMPE
President-Elect

Nicole is the Executive Director of OGA, a Meridian-based independent medical group comprised of eight physicians and three nurse practitioners.The clinic operates out of Meridian, Eagle and Nampa. In her role, she advises the Board of Directors on strategic, financial, and operational initiatives. Through management of personnel, Nicole directs and coordinates the operation and administration of the practice in a manner consistent with the mission of the group.Nicole earned her undergraduate degree from Boise State University in 1998 and later obtained her MBA in 2013. Nicole has been a member of MGMA and Idaho MGMA since 2007 and passed her CMPE exams in 2014.

Jeanie Cronrath

Treasurer

 

Jeanie is the Director of Business Office at Saltzer Medical Group. In this role, she directs many aspects of healthcare finance, insurance contracting, customer service and personnel management. Jeanie especially enjoys the challenge of creating an efficient workflow that promotes financial outcomes. Prior to joining Saltzer Medical Group, she worked with Mercy Medical Center and brings decades of experience to the team. Jeanie received her Bachelor’s degree from Northwest Nazarene University.

Rachel Bradley, RHIT

Interim Communications Director 

Rachel Bradley is the EHR Project Manager for Idaho Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Meridian, Idaho. In addition to her current position at Idaho Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Rachel has also served on the Technical Advisory Committee for the College of Western Idaho's Medical Administrative Support Program since October 2015, and previously served two terms as a Nominating Committee Board Member for the Idaho Health Information Management Association from 2009 - 2011. 

While working for Digestive Health Clinic, LLC in Boise, Rachel was a contributor and editor of the company newsletter. She always looked forward to the task! Since February 2012, Rachel has further contributed her time as a Big Sister for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Program in our community. Rachel has only been a member of the Idaho MGMA for a little over a year, but is very excited about her role and becoming more involved with the association.

Cindy Hodges
Conference Director

Cindy Hodges is Human Resources Director for Saltzer Medical Group. Cindy has been part of the Saltzer Medical Group team for 20 years, and has held the position of Human Resources Director of their organization since 2000. She is also currently a member of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce, and is a previous Board Member of Canyon County Employers Association.

Cindy has been involved with Idaho MGMA for many years, serving as Communications Director from 2012 to 2014, and volunteering as a Conference Committee member since 2010. Cindy is looking forward to helping Idaho MGMA with conference planning activities.

Nora Davis

Membership Director

Nora Davis is a Site Manager at St. Luke’s Children’s Specialty Center. She has worked in the medical field, specifically in pediatrics, the majority of her career.Prior to her current position, Nora worked in group homes for mentally handicapped children as a group home manager, attended school in Arizona to become a medical assistant, and worked as a medical assistant in a general pediatrician group comprised of six physicians.Upon moving to Idaho in 1995 and working in a general pediatrician’s office, she later transferred to Saltzer Medical Group in 2001 where she remained for 14 years as Director of Satellite Clinics.

Nora has been a member of the Idaho Medical Group Management Association for many years, and thoroughly enjoys many of the conferences and education opportunities the organization offers.

Matthew Punches
Operations Director

Matthew Punches is the Operations Manager at Idaho Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, PA. Matthew received his Bachelor of Business Management with an emphasis on Healthcare from Park University a private college in Missouri while he served in the United States Air Force. Matthew is currently working towards his Master of Business Administration. He also holds his Six Sigma Green Belt certification at Boise State University. He is an active member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and Idaho MGMA; currently serving on the Idaho MGMA Board of Directors as the Operations Director. He is very excited to achieve his Certification through MGMA and took his CMPE exam December 2016. He is very proud to be part of such an important organization and be able to help improve Idaho MGMA.

Katie Gries, MHA, CMPE
ACMPE Forum Representative

Katie Gries is the Provider Strategy Specialist for the Saint Alphonsus Health Alliance, a physician hospital organization (PHO) serving independent and employed providers throughout the Treasure Valley and eastern Oregon. Her role allows her to work collaboratively with area providers to execute population health management processes, innovative care continuums, and team-based strategies in the primary care setting.Katie began her career in healthcare as a receptionist for a local, independent practice. That experience provided the foundation for future opportunities in clinical research, coding audits, provider education, and payer negotiations.

Steven Sumter, MPA
Executive Director

Steven Sumter recently joined the Idaho MGMA as Executive Director in April 2016. Previously, Steven began his career in October 2012 as Program Information Coordinator for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Bureau of Rural Health and Primary Care, updating Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) designations and providing assistance to medical, dental, and mental health practices with the National Health Service Corps and other state loan repayment programs for primary care providers.

Steven graduated from Boise State University in December 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and completed his Master of Public Administration degree in December 2015. He is thrilled to be part of the Idaho MGMA team.
