"Capitalizing on an Untapped Resource: The Family Caregiver"

Join us a discussion of how-to strategies for capitalizing on an often untouched patient resource - the family caregiver. Many patients have family members or friends that provide some level of care and support to them on a daily basis. Evidence and tools designed to enhance practice management strategies related to family caregivers will be explored. Community-based resources and supports for family caregivers will also be discussed.
