"Understanding Best Practices in Motivating Employees"

Warren Bennis once wrote “Managing People is like Herding Cats”. Although some days might feel this way, this presentation will provide you with some more practical approaches to respect, energize, and motivate your workforce.

Join peers and learn a creative way of how to better understand your own management principles and employees’ perspectives. As we consider the New Year ahead, you’ll come away with new methods to refresh your team and build upon their strengths. There's no need for “herding” as a management style when you learn how to support and lead a self-directed workforce working towards a shared purpose.
