Lynn Kelley
President
Lynn Kelley is the practice manager for Boise Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic, a four physician, single specialty medical practice. She has held this position for ten years. Lynn is a Fellow with the Medical Group Management Association and is currently serving on the ACMPE Professional Papers Committee and as an ACMPE Essay Examiner.
Lynn has been a member of the Medical Group Management Association for the past four years, and the Idaho Medical Group Management Association for nine years and has served on the exhibits committee and program committee for the past four years.

Tracy Morris
President elect
Tracy Morris is the Executive Director for Primary Health Medical Group, a forty-three provider medical group spread among thirteen locations in the Treasure Valley. Tracy has worked at PHMG for fourteen years and has previously held the titles of Director of Operations, Regional Clinic Administrator and Billing Manager. Prior to moving to Idaho, Tracy worked in California in a variety of medical practices, starting out as a file clerk at age 17. Tracy graduated from California State University, Chico with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and a minor in Healthcare Administration.
Tracy has been a member of IMGMA and since 1997 and a member of MGMA since 1995.

Anthony "Tony" Schirer

Anthony “Tony” Schirer is the Practice Administrator for The Woman’s Clinic located in Boise, Idaho. A graduate of Wichita State University, Tony has a Bachelor of Business Administration with additional education in Computer Management and Information Systems. He has been a healthcare executive for 15 years.
Tony has been a member of MGMA since 1997, a member of Idaho MGMA since 2005. Tony is a board certified member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Tony is currently serving on the executive committee with the Obstetrics and Gynecology Assembly of MGMA.

Julie Lineberger

Julie Lineberger, FACMPE has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She is a certified healthcare executive and a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She been a member of the Idaho Medical Group Management Association since 1995 and has served on the exhibits committee, program committee and hospitality committee for the IMGMA annual meeting for the last 7 years.
Julie is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and has served on the Honors Selection Committee for two years and is currently a member of the Leadership Development Committee and Survey Committee for MGMA. Julie is the president of The Solutions Group, LLC which provides consulting services to physician practices and she is the administrator for the Idaho Urologic Institute.

Brad Turpen, CMPE
Director One
Brad Turpen is a Medical Management Administrator working for Idaho Pulmonary Associates, a 15-provider pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine practice located in Boise. Brad attended the United States Air Force Academy, where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Management. While serving on Active Duty, Brad also earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from Utah State University.
Brad is a board certified member in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and has been a member of MGMA and IMGMA since 2003. In 2006, he served on the IMGMA Board as Member-at-Large and co-chair of the Member Services Committee.
